We currently only deliver within Kenya. For orders placed from outside Kenya, please don’t hesitate to call us at +254799790949 or contact us.

2. Delivery Timelines

We’d like to let you know that we strive to deliver your order quickly. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Note: Business days exclude Sundays and some Public holidays.

3. Shipping Fees

Nairobi & Surrounding Areas: KES 200 – KES 500

Other Major Towns: KES 500 – KES 1,000

Remote Locations: Rates vary based on courier charges.

4. Delivery Methods

We use trusted delivery partners to ensure safe and timely delivery. Depending on your location, we deliver via:

✅ Our In-House Delivery Team (Within Nairobi) Motorbikes
✅ Reliable Courier Services (e.g., G4S, Fargo Courier, Wells Fargo, etc.)
✅ Matatu Parcel Services (For quick delivery to upcountry towns)

You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

5. Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders placed before 3:00 PM are processed the same day.

Orders placed after 3:00 PM or on weekends will be processed the following business day.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number or delivery confirmation.

6. Payment & Delivery Confirmation

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) in Nairobi for select locations.

Payment must be made before dispatch for orders outside Nairobi.

A delivery confirmation call will be made before dispatch. Please ensure your phone number is accurate.

7. Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect details or the recipient being unavailable:

We will attempt one re-delivery free of charge.

If unsuccessful, the customer must arrange pickup or pay an additional delivery fee.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

We take extra care when packaging your items. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please get in touch with us within 24 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• A photo of the item received
• A description of the issue

We will review the claim and offer a replacement or refund according to our return policy.

9. Self-Pickup Option

For customers who prefer to collect their orders, self-pickup is available at our store:
